1. Why are those question mark icons for?
For mobile users, question mark icons are not applicable because hover does not work in mobile.
Those questions mark icons, when hovered, should show you some messages which you need to know in that section. Sometimes, messages are not shown but it says "Question Circle" instead. In that case, please move your cursor closer to the edge of the icon.
2. I do not like the default profile icon, how can I change it?
Currently this function is not supported unless you register a business account and upload your company logo.
While we continue to improve our application, we will include this function in future updates.
Once this function is available, we will notify in newsroom page.
3. I have registered a business account, why can't I find my business profile listed on marketplace landing page?
For first time business user, you will need to update niche field, pitch line and price under standard listing to be listed on marketplace. For full reference, please refer to guides.
4. Will Liopage Pro and Elite Plan free trial expire?
Pro and Elite plan free trial will not expire. Free trial will always be there until you claimed it.
​Each user will be entitled to 14 days of Pro plan free trial and 14 days of Elite plan free trial.
They can be activated separately to allow user the freedom to experience the difference.
5. What happen to my account if I inactivate it?
Inactivated accounts will not be listed on marketplace and cannot be navigated from chat room.
Even though unable to login or interact, data of the inactivated account are kept and not deleted.
Please note that inactivated account cannot be reactivated or reinstate.
6. I did not receive my payment receipt, how can I retrieve it?
In occasion when payment was made but receipt was not received, please check your spam mail first.
If you confirm that you did not receive it, please contact us using the contact form.
In the form please indicate your subscription ID that you made payment but failed to receive receipt, which can be found under subscription log in subscription page.
7. My company covers more than one niche field, how can I get my company listed under multiple niche fields?
To ensure listing quality and search result, we do not allow one account to be listed under multiple business categories or niche fields.
If your company genuinely involve in multiple fields, you may create multiple accounts using different emails.
However we reserve the rights to disable all your accounts if we found out that any user is abusing on this.
